Position: Lead Pool Installation Foreman Role
Join us as a Lead Pool Installation Foreman and oversee the transformation of outdoor living spaces. Provide leadership and ensure excellence in residential pool installations.

This full-time, seasonal position is designed for someone with 2+ years of pool installation experience and at least 1 year in a foreman role. You will manage crew activities, oversee workflows, and ensure compliance with safety and building codes. Your proactive approach will be essential for achieving timely and budget-friendly project completions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise installation crews on-site

• Oversee excavation, pool placement, and equipment installation

• Manage logistics and subcontractor coordination

• Ensure safety and quality through daily checks

• Document project progress and complete reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in pool installation or construction

• 1 year in a leadership capacity

• Strong knowledge of pool construction methods

• Competent in reading site plans

• Valid Class 5 Manitoba driver’s license
