RFNOW Inc. is looking for driven candidates to fill its Fiber Splicing Technician role. You'll be tasked with splicing and testing fiber optic cables, using your analytical skills to troubleshoot any issues. Additionally, this role requires proficiency in interpreting work plans and the motivation to meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Splice and test fiber cables in various settings

• Troubleshoot and correct cable defects as necessary

• Follow work plans for installation and splicing

• Work collaboratively with team members

• Manage projects across diverse work sites

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Fiber Optic Splicer is a plus

• Ability to interpret detailed work plans

• Competency in OTDR testing protocol is an asset

• Hold a valid Driver’s License and provide a driver abstract

• Availability to work in all conditions, including overtime
