Join RFNOW Inc. as a Fiber Splice Technician, focusing on fiber internet infrastructure. Enjoy a dynamic work environment with responsibilities in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
We are seeking motivated individuals to act as Fiber Splicing Technicians with RFNOW Inc. This role includes the preparation, splicing, and installation of fiber cables for both new and existing runs. Candidates may receive training and work closely with team members to optimize operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Splice fiber optic cables in inside and outside plants

• Troubleshoot issues and analyze test results

• Follow and interpret splicing work plans

• Maintain efficiency while working independently or in teams

• Adapt to various weather conditions while performing duties
Requirements:

• Knowledge of OTDR and testing methods is a plus

• Valid Driver's License and abstract necessary

• Ability to commute to various work sites

• Willingness to work overtime, including nights or weekends

• Self-motivated and disciplined work ethic
