Position: Heavy Equipment Mechanic Needed Now
Seeking a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic for an immediate start in Brandon, Manitoba. Work on maintaining and repairing a diverse fleet of heavy machinery alongside a supportive team.

This role is perfect for an experienced mechanic with at least five years in the field. You will assess mechanical problems, propose solutions, and execute repairs independently as well as collaboratively. The position requires effective communication and a responsible attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out repairs on heavy construction machinery

• Assess and solve mechanical issues promptly

• Identify necessary parts for efficient repair

• Align closely with the Shop Manager for best practices

• Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in mechanical roles

• Valid Driver's License for equipment operation

• Air Conditioning Certification is an asset

• Demonstrated communication and teamwork ability

• Adaptability to new skills and responsibilities
