Overview

Build Outdoor Spaces. Build Your Skills. Build Your Career.

Do you love working with your hands, being outdoors, and seeing the results of your hard work come to life?

Are you the type who takes pride in a job done right — and wants to grow into a skilled landscape professional?

If so, you might be the next Landscape Labour Technician to join our crew.

We’re not looking for “just labourers.” We’re looking for motivated, energetic people who want to learn, grow, and help us create stunning outdoor spaces — from patios and walkways to water features, retaining walls, and full backyard transformations.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Installing softscape elements like sod, soil, mulch, and plants
  • Building hardscapes such as patios, decks, walkways, and retaining walls
  • Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials with accuracy
  • Operating small equipment and power tools (packers, saws, drills, etc.)
  • Keeping job sites clean, safe, and organized
  • Spotting and reporting equipment maintenance needs
  • Following company standards for quality, safety, and installation techniques
  • Pitching in with additional landscaping tasks as needed

Every day is different — and every project is a chance to level up your skills.

What You Bring
  • Holders of a valid Class 5 license (Class 3F w/ Air is a bonus)
  • Comfortable hauling a trailer (or eager to learn)
  • Physically capable of lifting, bending, and working in all weather
  • Detail‑oriented with strong visual accuracy
  • Familiar with job site safety and hazard awareness
  • Motivated, dependable, and ready to learn
  • Able to manage time well and juggle multiple tasks
  • Strong communicators in English
  • Experienced with landscaping crews or construction basics (an asset, not a must)
Why Join Us?
  • Work outdoors and stay active
  • Learn real, transferable landscape construction skills
  • Be part of a supportive, hardworking crew
  • Opportunities for advancement into skilled technician roles
  • Seasonal hours available — including overtime when needed
  • A workplace where effort, attitude, and reliability are truly valued
