Position: RFNOW Inc. Welder Mechanic Opportunity
Location: Virden

RFNOW Inc. seeks a motivated Welder/Mechanic to support our Construction and Maintenance Team. Work on-site, maintaining equipment and machinery while showcasing your welding skills.

This role invites you to take charge of repairing and maintaining a range of medium and heavy-duty construction equipment. You'll conduct welding, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and adhere to safety protocols. We are looking for a responsible individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys fieldwork challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out welding tasks with various methods

• Interpret blueprints for metal structures and equipment

• Repair and maintain complex mechanical systems

• Conduct scheduled inspections and maintenance

• Document all relevant repairs and procedures

Requirements:

• Preferred technical certification in welding or mechanics

• Proven welding and mechanical experience of 2+ years

• Must be physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License is essential

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
