Landscape Laborer

Westman Groundworks is looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to join our landscape construction team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality work, and want to be part of a growing company, we'd like to hear from you.

• Assist with the installation of paving stone patios, walkways, and driveways
• Assist with retaining wall construction
• Install sod, decorative rock, mulch, trees, and shrubs
• Perform grading, site preparation, and material placement
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite
• Work alongside equipment operators and crew leads to complete projects efficiently

• Previous landscaping or construction experience is an asset, but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
