Fiber Infrastructure Operator at RFNOW Inc.

Location: Virden

Support fiber internet projects with RFNOW Inc. as a Fiber Infrastructure Operator in Virden or Brandon, MB. This role requires heavy equipment operation and a focus on safety compliance.

In this position, you will maintain and operate excavators and other heavy machinery for underground construction work. Daily inspections and repairs are essential tasks, along with assisting in moving materials and ensuring safe practices are followed. This role is full-time, scheduled Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain heavy equipment regularly

• Conduct inspections and report any findings

• Operate equipment for telecom installation projects

• Load and transport materials securely

• Complete required safety and inspection paperwork

Requirements:

• Hold a valid Class 1 or 3 license

• Experience with excavators for construction is a plus

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Authorized to work in Canada

• Committed to following safety guidelines
