HVAC​/Refrigeration Technician

BHP Mechanical Service Group Ltd. (formerly Grand Valley Mechanical, Brandon Heating & Plumbing, Super Plumbing and Heating) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Journeyman Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic to join our team. We specialize in service, installation, and maintenance of HVAC, refrigeration, and restaurant equipment services throughout Brandon and the surrounding area.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install a wide range of refrigeration and HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections as part of our preventative maintenance programs
• Collaborate effectively with co-workers, contractors, and clients
• Maintain detailed and accurate service records
• Represent the company professionally on job sites and with customers

• Journeyman Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Certification (Required)
• Class "B" Gas Ticket (Required);
  Class "A" Gas Ticket considered a strong asset with increased pay to reflect
• Valid Class 5 Driver?s Licence
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across various HVAC/R systems
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Fluent in English (spoken, written, and reading comprehension)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
