Position: Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic Role

As a Heavy Duty Mechanic, you will provide vital maintenance support. Applicants should have Red Seal certification and ideally possess 3–5 years of experience in a relevant industrial setting.

Your role will involve maintaining various machinery, following safety protocols, and assisting in the management of maintenance tasks and spare parts inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance as assigned

• Repair gas and diesel mobile equipment and aerial work platforms

• Manage daily maintenance activities and work organization

• Assist with maintenance program improvement initiatives

• Adhere to Chemtrade EHS policies and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Must hold a Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic certification

• 3-5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance

• Competency in using CMMS for task management

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate safely in varied environments
