We are seeking someone who is comfortable handling a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work independently to solve problems as they arise.

• General property maintenance and repairs
• Interior and exterior painting
• Basic carpentry and handyman work
• Minor plumbing and repair tasks
• Troubleshooting and fixing miscellaneous property issues
• Performing seasonal maintenance duties
• Ensuring work is completed safely and professionally

• Experience in maintenance, renovations, construction, or handyman services is preferred
• Ability to use common hand and power tools
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable transportation is a requirement
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
