Position: Labourer Role at RFNOW Inc.

RFNOW Inc. is looking for motivated individuals for a Labourer role in Virden, MB. Support the installation of critical fiber internet infrastructure through hands-on work.

As a Construction Labourer, you will be integral to the day-to-day operations, ensuring projects run smoothly and safely. Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, material transport, and paperwork completion to document site activities. Excellent communication skills are imperative for effective collaboration and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and inspect construction equipment regularly

• Report repair needs and safety hazards immediately

• Assist in fiber optic project tasks and general labor duties

• Safely transport materials and secure loads as required

• Accurately complete daily forms and logs

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Valid Class 5 license;
Class 1 or 3 preferred

• Experience with underground construction machinery

• Authorization to work in Canada is required

• Openness to training and skill development
