Position: Building Maintenance Technician at Prairie Mountain Health

Play a key role in maintaining facilities at Prairie Mountain Health as a Building Maintenance Technician. This position emphasizes preventive maintenance and prompt responsiveness to ensure facility safety.

The role requires Grade 12 education and at least two years of experience in building trades. Tasks include clearing snow, performing plumbing and electrical repairs, and documenting maintenance procedures. Successful candidates will excel both independently and within a team, demonstrating communication and organizational skills across tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure buildings and grounds maintain optimal safety conditions

• Clear hazards from driveways and exits regularly

• Conduct plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance

• Maintain accurate logs for repairs and maintenance processes

• Respond swiftly to emergency situations

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education with experience in a building trade

• Preferred one year of maintenance experience

• Class 5 Drivers Licence required with vehicle access

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT applications

• Ability to respect confidentiality and diverse populations
