Proficiency in reading blueprints and a strong organizational mindset are crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems

• Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment

• Ensure adherence to MOPIA/ODS management documentation

• Supervise lesser-qualified maintenance workers

• Order parts and materials as necessary

Requirements:

• Certified Journeyperson Refrigeration Air Conditioning Mechanic

• Minimum four years of commercial experience

• Valid Manitoba Class 5 Drivers License

• Knowledge of building codes in health facilities

• Ability to adapt to changes in procedures
