Position: Pool Installation Lead – Full-Time Seasonal
Join our dynamic team as a Pool Installation Crew Lead, where your craftsmanship and leadership will shine. Support your crew through every step of the pool installation process in a hands-on, impactful role.

As a full-time, seasonal lead, you’ll guide 1–2 crew members in excavation prep, plumbing runs, and pool assembly. Your on-site leadership will ensure tasks are assigned, safety is prioritized, and quality workmanship is maintained. Your expertise in installation processes will help build beautiful outdoor spaces that homeowners will appreciate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily tasks like base installation and equipment setup

• Assign tasks and train new crew members effectively

• Perform precise installation work, including leveling components

• Operate small machinery such as skid steers and compactors

• Communicate project progress and material needs to the Foreman

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of pool installation or construction experience

• Experience in leading small teams

• Strong knowledge of installation processes and elevations

• Skilled with hand tools and machinery

• Valid Class 5 Manitoba driver’s license
