Join RFNOW Inc. as a Directional Drill Operator in Virden or Brandon, Manitoba and become integral to our fiber internet installation team. Operate advanced directional drill rigs in a collaborative construction environment.

As a Directional Drill Operator, you will actively participate in installing fiber optic infrastructure. Candidates must possess the ability to operate various directional drill rigs, including the JT25 and JT20, while performing daily equipment inspections.

Your role also involves maintaining equipment, transporting materials, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain directional drill rigs efficiently

• Conduct daily equipment inspection and reporting

• Assist with transporting materials and loading equipment

• Maintain compliance with safety standards and PPE requirements

• Complete accurate daily paperwork and inspection forms

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver's license

• Experience with heavy equipment preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with utility locate processes

• Authorized to work in Canada
