Join Strad as a Field Supervisor in Elkhorn, MB, focusing on matting installations and removals. You will ensure equipment efficiency and safety compliance at all job sites.
This role, reporting directly to the Manager of Operations Matting, requires a proactive leader to coordinate matting projects and train operators. You'll oversee day-to-day operations while managing safety regulations and facilitating accurate reporting. Strong time management skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the installation and removal of matting
• Organize maintenance for operational equipment
• Provide training for Matting Operators
• Ensure compliance with safety standards
• Manage paperwork efficiently and accurately
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of heavy equipment operation
• Experience with matting installation preferred
• Proficient in computers and data management
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs and work long shifts
• Commitment to safe, efficient work practices
