Join RFNOW Inc. as a Fiber Optic Drill Operator in Manitoba. Play a key role in installing fiber internet infrastructure using advanced directional drilling technology.

This full-time position is essential to the Construction and Maintenance Team, focusing on day-to-day operations related to fiber optic network installation. As a successful candidate, you'll operate directional drill rigs like the JT25, conduct equipment inspections, and assist with general labor when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various directional drill rigs for installations

• Clean and maintain equipment to ensure performance

• Conduct safety inspections and report hazards

• Load, transport, and secure materials for jobs

• Complete necessary paperwork including inspection logs

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 or Class 3 license is mandatory

• Previous experience with heavy equipment is a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of utility locates preferred

• Must be authorized to work in Canada
