Ideal candidates will have a background in property maintenance or construction, specifically in drywall, carpentry, and plumbing repairs. Focused individuals will thrive in this role, maintaining a safe and well-cared-for environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct general maintenance and repairs at various properties

• Handle drywall repairs and minor plumbing tasks

• Timely responses to maintenance service requests

• Carry out routine inspections for preventative maintenance

• Use hand and power tools safely

Requirements:

• Experience in property maintenance or related trade is an asset

• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail

• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs safely

• Class 5 driver’s licence required

• Punctual and professional attitude
