In this role, you will bring at least two years of experience from the building trades to ensure facilities are maintained and in good working order. Your responsibilities will include performing preventative maintenance and responding to emergency maintenance calls. Strong organizational and independent working skills will facilitate your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the safety and appearance of facilities

• Execute preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems

• Log and perform repairs on equipment

• Respond to emergency situations as they arise

• Participate in the on-call rotation to provide timely support

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in a building trade

• Completion of a building trade apprenticeship preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent education

• Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence with vehicle access

• Competence in Microsoft Office applications
