Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate installation crews daily

• Plan and coordinate site activities effectively

• Oversee excavation, plumbing, and equipment installation

• Conduct daily safety and quality checks

Requirements:

• Strong leadership experience in trades

• Problem-solving skills in dynamic environments

• Ability to read construction plans

• Valid Class 5 Manitoba driver's license
