This full-time position requires a Red Seal Truck Transport or Heavy Equipment Technician. As a Shop Foreman, you will evaluate breakdown urgency, assign tasks, and support mechanics with diagnostic expertise.

Your role is crucial in ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency within our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate breakdown urgency and prioritize work orders

• Coordinate communication between field personnel and shop technicians

• Provide hands-on diagnostic support to mechanics

Requirements:

• Red Seal Truck Transport or Heavy Equipment Technician certification

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license

• Strong ability to assess breakdown urgency

• Effective communication skills with field and shop teams

• Mechanic knowledge is an asset
