Lead the maintenance operations at Tri-Wave Construction as a Heavy Duty Shop Foreman, playing a pivotal role in managing repair priorities and enhancing mechanics' efficacy in our earthworks projects. This full-time position focuses on seamless communication and effective shop management.

In this role, you will manage workflows effectively, requiring a Red Seal Truck Transport or Heavy Equipment Technician. Your expertise in evaluating breakdown urgency will ensure prompt task assignments and support for diagnostic issues faced by mechanics, fostering a cohesive operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess breakdown urgency for efficient work order assignment

• Facilitate communication between shop technicians and field crews

• Offer hands-on diagnostic assistance to mechanics

Requirements:

• Certification as a Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician

• Class 5 driver’s license a must

• Exceptional judgment in assessing equipment issues

• Strong communication ability between various teams

• Mechanic skills advantageous for the role
