North America Construction is seeking a skilled Journeyperson Carpenter for our Water Treatment Facility Upgrade in Brandon, MB. Bring your expertise in heavy construction and concrete formwork to our dedicated team!

In this vital role, you will be responsible for building, restoring, and installing structural elements as part of our Water Treatment project. Your knowledge of carpentry practices, safety standards, and quality control will ensure each task meets our high standards. With your ability to read blueprints and perform precise layouts, your contributions will make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct and install formwork, walls, and floors

• Execute precise layouts and calculations

• Use carpentry tools efficiently and safely

• Participate in quality control measures

• Handle job materials and assist apprentices

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in heavy construction

• Expertise in concrete formwork and placement

• Ability to read and understand blueprints

• Relevant safety certifications including WHMIS

• Experience in constructing water retaining structures
