As part of the RFNOW team, you will play a crucial role in splicing, testing, and maintaining fiber optic cables. You’ll tackle both new installations and repairs by analyzing test results and overcoming any challenges. While previous experience is beneficial, RFNOW values enthusiasm and a willingness to learn in the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Splice and test various types of fiber optic cables

• Troubleshoot and correct cable defects efficiently

• Interpret and follow detailed splicing work plans

• Collaborate closely with team members or work independently

• Travel to different work sites based on demand

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable abstract

• Availability for overtime, including weekends

• Capability to work in a range of weather conditions

• Familiarity with OTDR protocols is advantageous

• Strong self-motivation and discipline in work ethic
