Join Western's team as a Floorhand, actively supporting well servicing operations across Canada. You'll perform rig floor activities, maintain equipment, and adhere to safety protocols.
This full-time, seasonal position involves assisting the Derrickhand and Driller in a variety of tasks. Responsibilities include conducting preventative maintenance, participating in safety drills, and ensuring seamless communication with team members. A commitment to safety and efficiency in energy services is essential, making this role impactful to our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain rig equipment as directed
• Attend pre-job safety meetings and drills
• Report unsafe conditions and incidents immediately
• Maintain housekeeping standards on-site
• Communicate effectively with crew and supervisors
Requirements:
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Preferred experience as a Floorhand
• Class 5 Driver's license and transportation
• Preferred Air Brakes Endorsement
• Industry Certifications such as H2S Alive and First Aid
