This role supports both patient-facing responsibilities and administrative office functions, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety and likes staying busy throughout the day.

What You'll Do- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling appointments
- Help patients navigate paperwork and next steps in their care
- Collect copays and process payments
- Verify patient demographics and insurance information
- Assist with office workflows and daily operational tasks
- Work closely with providers, medical assistants, and leadership
- Communicate professionally with patients and coworkers
- Jump in where needed to support the success of the office
This is a technology-driven healthcare environment. You will spend most of your day working within electronic systems, scheduling appointments, managing records, and communicating with patients.
We are happy to train the right candidate on medical terminology, insurance processes, scheduling workflows, and office procedures. However, applicants should already be comfortable using computers throughout the day.
This position requires the ability to:
- Work in multiple software programs at the same time
- Type while speaking with patients
- Use Microsoft Outlook, email, calendars, and Microsoft Office applications
- Enter information accurately and efficiently
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities throughout the day
