Clarke Automotive, located in Brandon, Florida, is seeking a full-time Auto Master Technician to join our reputable team.
This is a full-time Auto Master Technician position. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
. Evenings and weekends are free to allow for a healthy work-life balance.
We offer a highly competitive compensation package, with a competitive base and performance-based pay of $70,000 – $100,000+/year, additional bonuses, and a comprehensive array of benefits!

As an Auto Master Technician, you will begin each day prepared to address a range of diagnostic and repair challenges. You will utilize Snap‑on scanners, conduct parasitic draw testing, and operate automotive lab scopes to diagnose electrical issues, check engine lights, intermittent symptoms, and noise complaints. You will work collaboratively with a skilled and professional team, benefit from the latest tools and equipment, and participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to take part in annual and semi‑annual industry training sessions and company‑sponsored community events.
- Valid driver's license
- 10+ years of experience in the automotive repair industry
- High level of skill in testing and parasitic draw testing
- Knowledgeable in Snap‑On scanners
- Proficiency in automotive lab scoping (oscilloscope)
- Professional, team‑oriented, trustworthy, transparent, and passionate about excellence
- Knowledgeable in programming modules (preferred)
- Must pass a pre‑employment drug screening
