Atlantic Coast Enterprises in Brandon, FL is seeking a full‑time Automotive Service Advisor who is passionate about the auto industry and motivated to ensure positive customer experiences. If you enjoy working around cars, have customer service experience, sales savvy, and are goal‑oriented, consider this opportunity.

This position offers a competitive base pay plus commission—with the potential to earn up to $80,000 per year. As an Automotive Service Advisor, you arrive each day ready to take excellent care of customers while achieving sales goals. You guide them through their chosen services, acting as the main point of contact between customers and our auto technicians. After reviewing their vehicle, you advise on tires, brakes, and other recommended services, explaining benefits, costs, and product features in a clear and understandable manner.

Your ability to build trust and connections is essential to securing repeat business.

• 18 years old or older
• Previous sales and service advisor experience
• Valid driver's license

We also look for someone who is a people person, enjoys talking about cars, has excellent communication skills, provides exceptional customer service, is patient, empathetic, organized, able to prioritize tasks, and detail‑oriented.
