About the Role
Our client is a leading manufacturer of high‑end, handcrafted permanent botanicals and seeks a Customer Service Agent to assist in back‑office tasks and maintain accuracy.
Responsibilities- Order entering
- Order processing
- Summary recap
- Invoicing and inventory updates
- Back‑office tasks such as editing orders, updating inventory, and creating store credit
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer literacy and tech‑savvy
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and CRMs
- High attention to detail
- High attention to detail
Support
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 5 am – 2 pm PST
- A reliable computer with at least an i5 processor and a stable high‑speed internet connection
- A quiet, conducive workspace for calls and chats
- Flexible with work schedule
Hiring budget: $600
