Part‑time Customer Service Representative – A professional with a demonstrable track record of strong customer service acumen who presents a confident, positive, and professional demeanor while handling customer inquiries, payments, and financing at our showrooms.

• Prompt recognition of internal and external customers.
• Friendly and courteous when approached in person or on the telephone.
• Resolve customer issues with minimal supervision.
• Follow up with customers in a timely manner.
• Handle payments, financing, and refunds within company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records by utilizing all available technology.
• Execute clerical service functions including scheduling, routing, finalizing, and parts ordering.
• Update and maintain all customer service reports and records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Bilingual Spanish (preferred).

Qualified candidates will have a steady job history and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Part‑time work schedule will depend on business needs; some weekend and evening hours may be required.
