Advanced Dental Care of Brandon is seeking a qualified Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. Candidates must have prior dental assisting experience, be EFDA & X-ray certified, and be available Mon‑Fri 8:00‑5:00.

As a key member of our care team, you will support the professional dental staff with treatment planning and patient care. You will help maintain a high level of patient satisfaction in a team‑based environment.

• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist dentists during procedures.
• Welcome, comfort, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post‑treatment care.
• Take and develop X‑rays, assist with impressions, and maintain study models.
• Ensure infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow workplace regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including scheduling and patient intake.
• Assist in managing dental and medical emergencies by maintaining CPR certification, emergency drug and oxygen supply, and emergency telephone directory.

• Completion of a one‑year certified dental assistant program.
• Six months of on‑the‑job experience (with supporting documentation).
• X‑ray certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Nitrous Oxide certification is highly recommended.
• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and infection control training as required by law.
