Overview: A fast-paced, growth-oriented automotive company is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role plays a critical part in our daily operations by verifying quality standards are met and assisting with the visual documentation of inventory using our proprietary software system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular quality checks and verify that units align with company standards
- Ensure accurate documentation of multiple units throughout the day
- Utilize an internal system to systematically capture and organize visual records of vehicles on-site
- Upload content in real-time or at designated intervals via a digital platform
- Collaborate with operations and inventory teams to ensure timely completion of daily targets
- Maintain an organized and clean work area in line with company safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in output
- Comfortable using software platforms on mobile or tablet devices
- Able to work independently indoors & outdoors in various weather conditions
- Punctual, dependable, and efficient in task execution
- Automotive experience a plus but not required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
