Overview: A fast-paced, growth-oriented automotive company is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role plays a critical part in our daily operations by verifying quality standards are met and assisting with the visual documentation of inventory using our proprietary software system.

• Perform regular quality checks and verify that units align with company standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation of multiple units throughout the day.
• Utilize an internal system to systematically capture and organize visual records of vehicles on-site.
• Upload content in real-time or at designated intervals via a digital platform.
• Collaborate with operations and inventory teams to ensure timely completion of daily targets.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area in line with company safety guidelines.

• Strong attention to detail and consistency in output.
• Comfortable using software platforms on mobile or tablet devices.
• Able to work independently indoors & outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Punctual, dependable, and efficient in task execution.
• Automotive experience a plus but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
