Florida Advanced Gastroenterology Center, led by Dr. Imad Nakshabendi, provides state-of-the-art care to address gastrointestinal and liver health needs. Dr. Nakshabendi, a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine, brings extensive experience in diagnosing and treating disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, liver, pancreas, gallbladder, esophagus, stomach, and colon. With a strong background in internal medicine and gastroenterology, Dr. Nakshabendi is committed to offering patient-focused care that prioritizes well‑being and health.

The Patient Services Representative is the first point of contact for patients and visitors at our gastroenterology clinic. This role is responsible for delivering a welcoming, professional, and efficient check-in experience. Responsibilities include greeting patients, verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, updating patient records, and managing incoming calls. The ideal candidate is organized, customer‑faced, and thrives in a fast‑paced medical environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; medical office experience is strongly preferred
• Prior experience in a gastroenterology setting is preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and general office software
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
