What Were Looking For :

* A creative and dedicated teacher who brings learning to life through project-based instruction and a student-centered approach

* Someone whos comfortable leveraging technology to enhance engagement and achievement

* A collaborator who designs rigorous, standards-based unit plans

* Familiarity with progress monitoring assessments and Positive Behavior Support (PBIS) protocols

* A valid Florida Teaching Certificate in Elementary Education (or the credentials/experience to obtain one)

* Reading and/or Gifted Endorsement highly preferred

* Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
