As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Brandon, FL (301 W Brandon Blvd.

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Drives proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement, elevating client loyalty and identifying appropriate PNC solutions.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet through a differentiated experience, performing lobby engagement activities and connecting customers with PNC products.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty.
• Manages risk through adherence to all policies and demonstrates sound judgment within established limits, participating in branch daily operations efficiently and accurately.
