Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Brandon, FL. This is an immediate opening for a motivated professional ready to make a meaningful impact in patients’ lives through high-quality home health care.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients in their homes to develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ daily living and functional abilities
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercises
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

• Graduate of an
  * accredited Occupational Therapy Program
  * and active OT license in Florida
• CPR certification and AHCA level 2
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
• Good clinical judgment, strong interpersonal skills, resourceful and compassionate
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience required
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation
