Seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Assistant to support the coordination and execution of clinical trial activities. This role will work under the guidance of a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) and Principal Investigator.

• Study Coordination Support:
• Assist with the daily coordination of clinical trial operations
• Prepare study materials, including source documents, visit packets, and study binders in advance of patient appointments
• Participant Interaction:
• Schedule and confirm patient visits; send reminders and assist with check-in and follow-up communications
• Provide clear instructions to participants regarding visit procedures and study timelines
• Document attendance and visit outcomes accurately
• Data and Documentation Support:
• Enter study data into Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems
• Maintain and organize regulatory binders, source documents, and study files
• Reconcile and verify patient chart data to ensure documentation completeness

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical research setting is a plus
• Familiarity with clinical documentation and data entry systems preferred
