Graduate Clinical Practicum & Internship Opportunity

Crosswalk Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate, motivated, and dedicated graduate students who are completing their practicum or internship in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health program.

Whether providing services through telehealth or in person, our interns become valued members of our collaborative clinical team while receiving quality supervision and hands‑on experience.

• Individual and group supervision from experienced clinicians
• Hands‑on experience providing therapy to diverse client populations
• Opportunities to conduct sessions through both telehealth and in‑person appointments
• Experience completing assessments, treatment planning, progress notes, and clinical documentation
• Exposure to evidence‑based therapeutic interventions
• Flexible scheduling that accommodates your academic program
• A welcoming and collaborative team that is invested in your professional development

• Provide individual counseling services under clinical supervision
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and assist with treatment planning
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in weekly supervision and case consultation
• Collaborate with other members of the clinical team
• Maintain ethical and professional standards of practice

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Master’s or Doctoral program
• Completing practicum or internship requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable using technology for telehealth services
• Passionate about helping individuals improve their mental health and overall well‑being
