Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will play an essential part in helping residents regain independence, improve daily functioning, and enhance their overall quality of life through personalized therapy services.

• Individualized Care & Treatment Support:
  Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and the interdisciplinary team to implement personalized treatment plans designed around each resident’s goals and needs.
• Restoring Independence:
  Help residents improve their ability to perform daily activities, regain functional skills, and achieve greater independence and quality of life.
• Hands-On Therapeutic Care:
  Provide skilled assistance during therapy sessions to support recovery from illness, injury, or other health challenges.
• Documentation & Compliance:
  Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring resident information is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and in accordance with regulatory standards.

  Work closely with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional care and achieve positive resident outcomes.

• Current and valid Florida State Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) License required
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Passion for helping residents achieve their highest level of independence
