• Has SaaS and DaaS technical support experience
• 1 Year of Customer service or customer support experience.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skill
• Basic understanding of HTML, markdown, and how JavaScript works
• Ability to navigate a modern web browser including the ability to use the inspector tool
• Familiarity with modern web app concepts
• eCommerce experience is a plus

• Provide expert support for CRM and Email & Digital Marketing platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues related to account access, email design, delivery, contact management, and automation tools.
• Guide customers in effectively using tools to build relationships and manage campaigns.
• Communicate solutions clearly and patiently to non‑technical users.
• Contribute to improving customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
• Demonstrate strong problem‑solving, technical aptitude, and customer service skills.
• Show passion for helping others succeed, particularly small business owners and marketers.

• A reliable computer (preferably younger than 3 years) and a stable high‑speed internet connection.
• Experience working with a SaaS platform
• A quiet, cozy workspace to handle calls and chats like a pro.
