Software Test Coordinator

Next Path Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Software Test Coordinator to join our client’s team in Brandon, FL
. This is an Onsite, Contract position.

SALARY: 35–40/hour (depending on experience). Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Only candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship should apply.

• 5–10 years of hands‑on software testing experience with a strong emphasis on manual testing
• Proven experience reviewing and validating test scripts, test cases, test plans, and testing deliverables
• Hands‑on experience with ADO (Azure Dev Ops) for test management, defect tracking, and project coordination
• Experience testing Work Management Systems, Enterprise Asset Management platforms, GIS, or similar operational systems
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall development environments

• Coordinate and oversee testing activities performed by external partners
• Review, evaluate, and approve test strategies, test plans, test scripts, and test cases from third‑party testing teams
• Ensure testing aligns with business requirements, system functionality, and organizational quality standards
• Validate that business processes, workflows, and system scenarios are covered within testing efforts
• Monitor testing progress, identify risks, and elevate issues as needed
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, project teams, and testing vendors
• Review test execution results to verify adequate defect identification and resolution
• Capture, track, and monitor software defects throughout the testing lifecycle
• Assess testing effectiveness and identify gaps in coverage or execution
• Help stand up automation testing using Ui Path
