your future with Qualus as a Business Intelligence Specialist. The Business Intelligence Specialist will gather, analyze, and compile data required by various customers. Transforming data correctly with the ability to extract relevant information helping organizations in making sense of the vast volumes of data they possess is key. This role requires a passion for data and the ability to work independently.

Top candidates will also have good written and verbal communication skills in order to effectively explain the dashboards and reports generated.

• Discussing with management and relevant stakeholders to define goals/requirements
• Gathers data/business intelligence from a variety of sources
• Researching, developing and implementing data-gathering methods
• Gathering, cleansing, modeling, and transformation of data
• Develop reports and dashboards utilizing Power BI and other related interactive data visualization software
• Ability to create customized calculations and measures
• Summarizes data for review by executives, managers, clients, and stakeholders
• Collaborating with coworkers and management to implement process improvements to support data integrity
• Evaluate the effectiveness of generated output
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Computer and Information Science required

• Strong reporting skills to present insights concisely
• Able to work both alone to analyze findings as well as a team
