Are you a passionate, results-driven leader looking to make a meaningful impact in senior living? We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead a well-established senior living community in the Brandon, FL area.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in a resident-focused environment and is committed to delivering exceptional care, building strong teams, and driving operational success.
Key Responsibilities- Provide overall leadership and direction for the community, ensuring excellence in resident care, services, and operations
- Oversee daily operations, including clinical services, dining, life enrichment, and business functions
- Drive occupancy, financial performance, and customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory requirements
- Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a positive and engaging culture
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures aligned with organizational standards
- Executive Director experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living strongly preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience in senior living
- Proven ability to drive census and financial performance
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Florida ALF/Core licensed
