Logistics Supervisor – Brandon, FL
We are immediately hiring a Logistics Supervisor for our Supply Chain Solutions division in Brandon, FL. This exempt, salaried position (entered on a twice‑monthly pay schedule) offers $55,000 per year based on experience and a schedule of Tuesday–Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. with flexibility for additional hours as needed.
OverviewUnder the responsibility of the Manager, the Logistics Supervisor supervises, coordinates, and oversees daily logistics operations, coaches staff, and ensures that the team meets performance standards and business objectives. The role includes evaluating and recommending improvements to facilities, equipment, machinery, and processes.
Responsibilities- Supervise, coordinate and oversee day‑to‑day logistics operations.
- Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet company standards and customer service specifications.
- Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities of the workforce to ensure optimal shift/team logistics.
- Accountable for site Key Performance Indications (KPIs) in collaboration with customers and all aspects of operations.
- Meet regularly with team members—collectively and individually—to monitor progress, coach, counsel, and recognize successes.
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives and foster team spirit.
- Conduct performance evaluations and recommend awards or merit increases where appropriate; address performance problems through corrective action and disciplinary processes.
- Understand the labor agreement and maintain positive labor relations with all employees.
- Implement health & safety and security initiatives, practices, and behaviors and ensure compliance with company rules and policies.
- Provide proper orientation and training to new employees and supply necessary information, technology, and materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- H.S. diploma or GED required.
- One (1) year or more experience in transportation, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred.
- Zero (0) to one (1) year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
