• Provide overall leadership and direction for the community, ensuring excellence in resident care, services, and operations
• Oversee daily operations, including clinical services, dining, life enrichment, and business functions
• Drive occupancy, financial performance, and customer satisfaction
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory requirements
• Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a positive and engaging culture
• Implement and maintain policies and procedures aligned with organizational standards

• Executive Director experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living strongly preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience in senior living
• Proven ability to drive census and financial performance
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Florida ALF/Core licensed
