Salary: Up to $20 per hour (based on experience)

Join Our Caring Team! Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated healthcare team. If you’re passionate about providing quality care and making a difference in residents’ lives, we’d love to hear from you.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Monitor, measure, and accurately record vital signs
• Observe residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to nursing staff
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment to promote resident comfort and safety
• Provide respectful, compassionate care in accordance with facility policies and care plans

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing home experience
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Basic computer skills for electronic documentation
