Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: East Hillsborough County, FL 33568

Employment Type: PRN – Pay-Per-Visit (Full‑time, modified, PRN options available)

Schedule: Every Saturday & Sunday with flexible start times

Compensation: $45–$50 per visit + Medicare differential pay, quarterly bonus opportunities, mileage reimbursement

Coverage Area: East Hillsborough County, FL 33568 (territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling)

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Complete documentation using streamlined AI‑assisted tools

• Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Home health experience preferred, but not required
