Shift: All Shifts Available
Pay: $16.50 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated healthcare team. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in residents’ lives, we encourage you to apply.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Monitor, measure, and accurately document vital signs
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff promptly
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Provide respectful, compassionate care in accordance with care plans and facility policies

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting
• Strong compassion and patient-centered care approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic computer skills for electronic documentation
